Andy Chen
Vice President -Sales & Marketing
Mr. Chen earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Finance from Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis in 2004. He worked for a construction company in Alabama for one year before he joined Sunshine Enterprise in 2005. He started as a salesperson at Memphis division in charge of the scaffolding sales and brought over 200% growth in one year. Then he was promoted to Los Angeles branch manager in May 2006. He set up the distribution network covering the western United States and achieved over 300% growth in less than 2 years.
Mr. Chen was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing in China and relocated to Shenzhen in the middle of 2008. His main responsibility is to promote the access products, like construction hoists, mast climbers, swing stages, and tower cranes etc. to Western Europe and Australia. Mr. Chen believes the successful sales approach is "Network + Brand" - marketing network together with the brand's influence. Mr. Chen became US citizen in early 2008 and has a deep understanding of the Western culture because of his education background in the U.S. |
Sam Reese
Chief Representative of Sunshine Enterprise
Mr. Reese studied one year at Tel Aviv University for Political History of Middle East in 1999, then earned a Bachelor of Art in History at the University of Memphis in 2002.
Mr. Reese joined Sunshine Enterprise as the International Procurement Coordinator and Logistics Manager in June 2004 and managed the total purchase of $15 million per year; He developed the logistics department from the scratch and ensured the smooth transition of containers from China to the US. Meanwhile he designed and established a set of internal network applications for Purchase Order process and effectively controlled the purchase cost.
Mr. Reese was promoted to Chief Representative and relocated to Shenzhen China in early 2008. He is in charge of quality control at SEM factories and other vendor’s and providing the support to large customers. He has excellent communication skills and is well experienced in dealing all kinds of complex situations. He is fluent in both English and Chinese and understands European and American culture and markets. |
John Zhuang
Vice General Manager of SET
Mr. Zhuang earned a Bachelor of Science degree from National University of Defense Technology with major in Computer and Application in 2001. He joined Sunshine Enterprise and started as an E-commerce engineer at Shenzhen SET Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd in 2003. Then he was promoted to the E-Commerce department manager position in 2004 and developed a state-of-art Internet based Purchase Order Online System. It greatly improved the overall efficiency and accuracy on purchase order process. He designed and set up the company’s e-commerce website and achieved the annual sale of RMB 1.5 million.
In 2005, Mr. Zhuang was promoted to Executive Assistant to General Manager and in charge of Accounting and Administration department. He successfully organized the Chenzhou Municipal delegation to visit America and established a good relationship with the local government. In 2008, Mr. Zhuang was promoted to Vice General Manager and is in charge of the overall activities in Shenzhen SET.
Mr. Zhuang has a strong technology background and ensures the efficient operation and communication within the company. He manages and leads SET to provide the strong support for Sunshine’s operation in the US. Meanwhile, he continues to develop more competitive vendors and freight forwarders and enables the company to maintain its competitive edge. |
Leo Huang
Vice General Manager of SEM Chenzhou
Mr. Huang earned a Bachelor of Art degree from Hunan College of Finance & Economics with the major in Accounting. He holds Senior Accountant certificate.
Mr. Huang worked as Financial Controller for Hunan Chenzhou Highway Construction Machinery Plant for nine years then as Chief Financial Officer at Guangdong Panyu Aluminum Material factory for five years.
Mr. Huang joined Chenzhen SEM Metalworks Co., Ltd. as an accountant in 2005. He was promoted to Vice General Manager in 2007 and is in charge of the overall activities in SEM Chenzhou. His financial expertise has helped the China Executive Council analyze the overall operation systematically and improve strategic decision-making abilities. |
Gene Liang
Vice General Manager of SEM Wuxi
Mr. Liang holds a Bachelor of Art degree from Anhui Tongling University majoring in Foreign Economics. He also obtained the training for ISO9001: 2000 Quality System Certificate of Internal Auditors and Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Mr. Liang joined Wuxi SEM Metalworks Co., Ltd as Vice General Manager and Production Director in 2007. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the production management, quality management, and procurement and supply chain management, as well as human resource management and cost control management. Mr. Liang is in charge of overall activities in SEM Wuxi and brings extensive management expertise to China Executive Council. |
